"this will pass"
Aileen
Strolling along the street,
"Dacroctic" rain fell in sheets.
Speeding your woes away on mini sports,
There it went the speed camera on the spot.
Everything seems bleak,
A path chosen yet unknown.
Your heart is empty,
Your fire is extinguised.
If you can edure this moment,
Regardless how inclement,
No matter whether you are at life's crossroads,
or if you are looking at the end.
If you can chivalrously keep on trying
The sun will shine,
Swallowing your sorrows.
A new chapter for your heart,
As fresh as spring dew.
A poem written specially for Carmen. Guess why the sudden "goodness" of me?
Because I shall declare, she forced me into writting this whole makwish crap for her. haha..
But this is written to whoever who happens to stumble upon my blog, and at the same time feeling low and disappointed. Its not sincere, but the poem is implying to DON"T GIVE UP, and there is hope forever for a better day. Haha.. my first poem leh.. so if its bad, don't point finger at me okay? or else I release my lion!
