ITs been ages since I last sat down to type a proper blog post. Unfortunately for readers, its going to be another post of whining and complaining. WHo else can be the biggest whringer 2008, other than me aileen? .. hmm.. Im just so easily irritable.. I know eh..Im totally aware that my "full of complaints" attitude and my all the time swearing character is getting on the nerves of some people. Oh well, i really can't contain it, and its my way of expressing discomfort and disconcert. I was really full of excitement about the dinner we were attending tonight. Tang gave us a generous treat at the most extravagently decorated typical looking asian resturant down at Northbridge. With such a detail description, food that send your taste buds to cloud nine, and tip top service should be expected right? OH well.. food was average to fair. But that wasn't what raged me. It was the way the waiter . OH wait, he wasn't just a wait person, he was probably the manager that shot me into a fury mood. His attitude was just way under what a manager should be. First, he displayed discrimination for asians who cannot speak canto or mandarin while ordering dishes. Hell nana~ This is australia if you didn't realise MR XIAN SHENG! Its quite a norm finding asians who can't really or feel comfortable communicating in their own mother tongue. He went something like " you guys should speak in mando or canto" Screw you~ we speak and order food in the comfortable language that we can speak in. YOu as a so call manager post ( puke puke puke) should be versatile enough to communicate effectively in the language your customers feel congenial in! Second, fio asked him about one of the dishes. His reply was shit hell ridiculous go die kind ~$%^&*($%^&*(! Thirdly, did not at all give us the service he gave to others. Forthly, he bade goodbye in the most rude manner ever, filled with poo encrusted sacarsm to "
shoo us away" BOO BOO YOU~ I hate, detest, dislike, loathe, despise you~I was entirely aware the whole time that a couple of my friends were probably piss with my attitude towards that manager as well. I was really in a mood that looked like I was totally discerning about him and feeling absolutely bellicose or bellicos.. or wotever.. They were asking me to stop my fustration. But nah.. too bad.. IM aileen.. I showed such ill mannered temper as term by most, because I feel as a person working in a service sector especially as a manager, being POLIET and having better PUBLIC RELATION is very imperative. Fair enough, you might have the worst day, its still your job and work to pull off the whole day with the best attitude you should as a manager or wait person. Im not trying to act like some rich girl haughty and spoilt, I just want to state facts ~Im not trying to rent on saying that Because im paying huge sum of money for my meal, you should treat me better. IM not taking stacks of money to put anyone down or whatever most people are seeing this as. Its purely my point of view on how things should work out as. and yesh another point, you can discriminate people according to their age groups. WE might be the youngest of all in that resturant. WE seriously probably do noe fit into such a WOO HA resturant. But oh well, looking rich or not rich, old enough or young should all be treated equally. Unless the queen or maybe Kevin Rudd was eating there, den it will probably be understandable. I SEE NO QUEEN doing the arm waving gesture , neither did i see Prime minister RUDD speaking mando there. IM sorry to my friends who were annoyed by the way i reacted. You guys do know that im very fastidious and pernickety. And once again the biggest THANK YOU TO TANG !! Muackies~ we still appreciate the dinner.
