To all my fellow soon to be scientist, and people who knows PCR, isn't this way cool !!
For the sake of people who doesn't know what PCR is..
PCR denotes Polymerase Chain Reaction. Its basically a technique use to amplify a particular chosen portion of DNA. This is done with the aid of DNA primers, taq polymerase and some other stuff to create necessary environment, medium. 3 steps- DNA denaturation (breaking up double stranded DNA), annealing and extension makes up the fundamental principle behind this miracle technique. In easier term, this technique allows a small amount of sample to be massively multiplied /amplified.
I SERIOUSLY REALLY, really really utimately think this video is very cool eh!!! I think so will think likewise as well.
